- 1 package of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 8 ounces of noodles (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce

Method:
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the tofu with the soy sauce. Cover and marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and cook for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown on all sides. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, cooked tofu, and any additional chopped veggies, herbs, or nuts you choose to add. Mix well.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
