Ingredients:
– 500g spooky sea monster (white fish fillets)
– 200g ghostly flour

Method:
1. First, slice the spooky sea monster into fish finger-sized pieces.
2. In three shallow bowls, prepare an eerie assembly line. Fill the first bowl with ghostly flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with haunted breadcrumbs.
3. Season the flour and breadcrumbs with salt and pepper, if desired.
4. Dip each fish finger into the flour, ensuring it is completely coated. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, followed by the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
5. Repeat the process until all the fish fingers are coated in their spooky attire.
6. Meanwhile, in a cauldron filled with smoking vegetable oil, heat it to 180°C (356°F).
7. Gently place the coated fish fingers into the cauldron of hot oil and cook for around 4-5 minutes until they turn crispy and golden. Don’t forget to summon them from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
8. Serve the Creepy Crispy Fish Fingers on a dark platter with a potion of blood (ketchup).
